New Features

  • Apple Shortcuts support — Find, open, and run shortcuts from Orchard, including workflows that accept text or files and save their output. (Requires Orchard Pro.)
  • A new Skill setup experience — Onboarding can now install or update the Orchard Skill for local agents such as Codex and Claude Code. Existing MCP configurations can be updated or removed in place instead of being rebuilt manually.
  • Support for more AI clients — MCP-only clients such as Cursor can access Orchard's 52 tools and built-in workflow guidance through orchard mcp. Orchard can also launch automatically on the first tool call.
  • More capable command-line workflows — Calendar, Reminders, Mail, Maps, Messages, and Clock commands now expose more filtering and control options, while structured JSON results can be passed directly to scripts.

Bug Fixes

  • More accurate Apple app actions — Stopping Music, filtering reminders by completion state, and creating notes in a chosen folder now work as expected. Notes containing images no longer get stuck during content processing.
  • Smoother launch and setup — Fixed occasional Pro access misdetection after a cold launch, accidental onboarding button actions, and visual ghosting when entering Settings.

This is an older release. Orchard updates itself from the menu bar, or you can download the latest version.
